The Director of the Bolu Research and Application Center for Folk Culture (BAMER), Dr. Azize Aktaş Yasa, and the Bolu Associations Federation Coordinator for Ankara Province, Meral Özcan, visited our faculty. Faculty of Fine Arts Lecturer Melek Şahindokuyucu also participated in the visit.

During the meeting held at our faculty, discussions focused on the cultural and scientific potential of the city as well as the collaboration between the university and the city.

In the meeting, which took place on December 5, 2024, the Dean of the Faculty of Theology at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, Prof. Dr. Bilal Gökkır, emphasized the importance of internationalization both institutionally and individually. He also spoke about the steps taken by Bolu Theology to elevate its cultural and academic activities to an international level. The discussions included evaluations of Bolu's cultural, artistic, and scientific potential, and ideas were exchanged on strengthening relations between the university and the city as well as increasing academic collaborations.
