OUR UNIVERSITY IN THE JORDANIAN PRESS

Undergraduate students from the Faculty of Theology at our university are participating in an Arabic Language Training Program held in Amman, the capital of Jordan, to improve their foreign language skills and experience different cultures.

In addition to undergraduate students, Dr. Rana Mazin Abdel Jabar Alsalaymeh from our University’s School of Foreign Languages, Dr. Zeynep Cevahir Altıntaş Aydın, Research Assistant from our Faculty of Theology, Dr. Murat Mirzaoğlu and Dr. Ayşe Ulya Özek from Bartın University Faculty of Theology, and Şeyma Akıncı, a doctoral student from Sakarya University Faculty of Theology, are also participating in the program, which is organized under the chairmanship of Dean Prof. Dr. Bilal Gökkır.

In the program, which began on July 8, 2024, participants receive intensive language training from native Arabic-speaking instructors, five days a week, four hours per day. Through this program, participants rapidly enhance their foreign language skills and have the opportunity to explore Jordan's historical and cultural richness.
